Pumpkins, Pumpkins and more ... Pumpkins

Fall is in the air and pumkins are everywhere! Can you think of a more thrilling season than this one? The air is crisp, the skies are blue, the trees are turning, college sports have begun. There is an excitement for what lies ahead in the upcoming weeks. A popular discussion on local news is about the prime locations to view the most beautiful foliage from now until the end of October. Undoubtedly, this is the perfect moment to capture foliage in photographs and, of course, today's focus: pumpkins.

Well, sorry to disappoint you, but the photos shown in this post were taken in a place not even close to New England, or the US for that matter.

These photos were taken at a Pumpkin Festival outside of Venice, Italy, near the city of Treviso.

Impressive and extraordinary pumpkin displays in various sizes and colors, which I never imagined seeing outside of the US. This collection of photos from the festival is truly captivating. Some editing was applied to enhance or adjust certain images. I removed distractions, mainly people, to make the photos more visually appealing.
